Hands to Love is pleased to announce our first Parent Support Meeting to be held Saturday , August 1st, 2009 from 10:00 until 2:00 at Shands Magnolia Park, pediatric clinc in Gainesville, Florida.
This inagural parent support program is designed for families of our youngest H2L kids, the "Tiny Tots" ages 0 - 3years, 11months. Parents will enjoy several topics of discussion and conversations with parents of older kids that are a part of the H2L Network, as well as AULDs, 'Adults with Upper Limb Differences' and CITs (Cool Inspiring Teens) who have many insights to share with new parents. The Tiny Tots will enjoy supervised play with H2L volunteers. Lunch and group activities will follow.
